Alice A. Comer, age 60, of Milford, died on Saturday, January 5, 2008. Miss Comer was born in Bridgeport on September 6, 1947 to the late John and Anna Guerin Comer and was a lifelong area resident. She was a software support specialist at Fiserv Corp. where she was employed for several years. Alice was a parishioner of St. Gabriel Church. Survivors include two brothers, Robert Comer and his wife, Maureen and Thomas Comer and his wife, Barbara, all of Milford; a nephew, John Comer and his wife, Kristin, of Milford; and a niece, Victoria Milne and her husband, Peter, of Vermont. Friends are invited to attend the Funeral on Tuesday at 12:30 p.m. DIRECTLY in St. Gabriel Church, Milford, with a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will be in St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice in Alice's memory. The Gregory F. Doyle Funeral Home, 291 Bridgeport Avenue, Milford, is in charge of arrangements.
